Companies House has just announced its revised timeline for the implementation of identity verification requirements.
Registration as an authorised corporate service provider (ACSP) will now be possible from March 18th.
From April 8th, directors, LLP members, and persons with significant control of entities listed on Companies House will be able to undergo the ID verification procedure with an ACSP on a voluntary basis.
Mandatory identity checks are still scheduled to be implemented in Autumn 2025.
