The office manager, Beatrice Goodchild, and a notary, Soren Hartmann, assisted me with notarising an application for registration as a foreign lawyer with the Law Society of Hong Kong. Beatrice responded on the same business day as when I submitted an initial enquiry with clear pricing on the notary fee. The firm had good appointment availability and I was able to schedule an appointment within 2 BDs of my initial enquiry (noting that I had not requested a more urgent appointment). Following the appointment, Beatrice also promptly acted on my request for an email invoice and scan of the notarised document. All subsequent appointments with VPN have similarly been hassle-free and seamless. VPN provided a particularly exceptional level of service when my documents were waylaid by Royal Mail and I needed a fresh copy re-notarised by VPN.
