Javier read Law at the University of Valencia and moved to London in 2003. He previously worked for two London-based notarial firms as well as for the Spanish Embassy in London.
He is a dual-qualified lawyer (Spanish abogado and English solicitor), an official translator appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists.
He also lectured for several years at the University of Westminster and is the author of the book “Spanish Law for Notaries”.
Javier lives in South East London and is a particularly keen traveller. When he’s not in the office, he can often be found travelling around the world, or in his native Valencia, Spain.
James read Law and German at the University of Central Lancashire and qualified as a notary in 2005.
Before starting Vanner Perez Notaries, James worked for several of the largest firms of notaries in London gaining experience in all types of matter, from shipping to banking as well as a wealth of experience with private client work.
James also spent one year working and training in Munich, Germany, and is well versed in German notarial law.
James lives in Hertfordshire with his baby son and wife. James is passionate about cars, old and new, and is a keen supporter of Tottenham Hotspur.
David read German and Politics at the University of Durham, before completing his Graduate Diploma in Law in 2012.
Prior to joining Vanner Perez Notaries in 2015, David worked for one of the City's largest notarial firms. He was also seconded to Clifford Chance in Frankfurt, working in their German real estate practice.
David speaks fluent German, French and Dutch. He manages our translation department, being an experienced translator and a member of the Chartered Institute of Linguists.
David lives in Buckinghamshire with his wife, and enjoys weekends out and about in the countryside. He has a love of German culture and regularly returns to Germany.
