The identity verification requirements under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act have now come into force, meaning mandatory ID verification now applies in a variety of contexts. As this has the potential to delay time-sensitive filings and reorganisations, Vanner Perez Notaries has launched a new fast-track service for Companies House identity verification.
Personal identity codes for directors are now being required to incorporate new companies and to file confirmation statements. We are receiving increasing numbers of requests from clients who, shortly ahead of important deadlines, have found out that not all required codes are available.
In order to most efficiently assist in such cases, Vanner Perez Notaries have launched a fast-track option for Companies House identity verification.
How our service works
You will need to email us at info@vpnotaries.co.uk, mentioning the need to urgently obtain a personal code. Once contacted, we will:
- Respond to your enquiry within a couple of business hours
- Explain in detail all requirements for completing the process
- Guide you through collating and providing the required documents
- Submit your verification and confirm how to proceed from there
Where all information and documentation is provided promptly, we aim to complete the verification process and assist with obtaining the Director Verification Code within 24 hours. In even more urgent cases, yet shorter turnaround times are possible.
