Documents to be legalised for use in Kuwait need first to be sent to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office to be apostilled and then presented to the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce for attestation before being sent to the Embassy of Kuwait.
The fee payable is £65 (corporate documents) plus £15 (personal documents)
24 hours (personal documents) or 1½ weeks (corporate documents)
The Kuwaiti Embassy will not legalise documents for non-UK companies.
There may be an ad valorem charge to legalise certain commercial documents, such as invoices and certificates of origin.
