Legalisation Process
Documents pertaining to land to be used in the Seychelles do not need to be legalised if they are signed/authenticated by a UK notary public (s. 60(2)(a) of the Seychelles Land Registration Act 1967 (as amended)). Other documents should be legalised by Apostille at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (s. 28 of the Seychelles Evidence Act 1882 (as amended)).
