Legalisation Process
Documents to be legalised for use in South Sudan need first to be sent to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office to be apostilled and then presented to the Consular Section of the Embassy of Sudan for attestation.
Fees
The fee payable is £50 for commercial documents, £20 for academic certificates and £20 for personal documents (e.g. birth, marriage and death certificates)

The Embassy of South Sudan in London also has jurisdiction for documents issued in the Republic of Ireland. These documents must first be legalised by the Irish Department of Foreign Affairs prior to submission to the Embassy of South Sudan.
