Legalisation Process
Documents to be used in the Turks and Caicos Islands do not need to be legalised if they are signed/authenticated by a UK notary public (ss. 66 and 69 of the Evidence Ordinance of the Turks and Caicos Islands 1882 (as amended) and s. 7(1) of the Recording of Deeds Ordinance of the Turks and Caicos Islands 1852 (as amended)).
